Attorney Amie Trupke of  Oregon, WI; thieving loser

The state of Wisconsin provided Amie B. Trupke with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Amie guilty of the following misconduct.

• From Jan 2013 thru June 2016 Amie earned $73,025 in fees; however she did not report the earned fees to her firm or her partners
• Wrote off certain fees she received and directed that an invoice be sent to her home rather than her office
• Gave misleading [lied] to managing partner of her frim when he asked about her for the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Converted fees belong to her firm (thief)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Amie by gifting her with  a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license, effective June 5, 2018.

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Amie will return to her practice at 6293 Quail Court in Oregon, Wisconsin.
