Attorney Diane Caspari of Milwaukee; thieving liar

The state of Louisiana presented Diane R. Caspari with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Marquette University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Diane guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as a State Public Defender.  

• Billed the state for she did not do (thief)
• Lied to a judge whether she had subpoenaed a material witness who was not available to appear at trial
• Failed to take action in post-conviction appointment for three years
• Failed to turn over complete file to post-conviction lawyer
• Completely missed deadlines in a post-conviction matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Diane by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (July 2017), Diane practices the Caspari Law Office at 4141 West Martin Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
