Attorney Carter Garrett of Bedford, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Carter Benjamin Garrett with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Carter guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Communicated with persons he knew were represented by counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Carter by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .

As we speak (ca. January 2015), Carter practices with Garrett & Garrett PC in Bedford, Virginia.
