Attorney William Cluett of Henrico, VA; idiotic slacker

The state of Virginia presented William Aaron Cluett with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to inform client of facts pertinent to the matter and of communications from another party that may significantly affect settlement or resolution of the client’s matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Billy practices at 8418 O’Bannon Court in Henrico, Virginia.
