Attorney Randolph Carl of Richmond, VA; cheating loser

The state of Virginia presented Randolph Lawrence Carl with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed a criminal or deliberately wrongful act
• Billed domestic relations court for hours he never worked as guardian ad litem
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Repeatedly submitted sham billing statements to trial court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Randy practices in Richmond, Virginia.
