Attorney Bruce Ganey of Ashland, VA; idiot, serial offender

The state of Virginia presented Bruce Patrick Ganey with a law license in 1978.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to act fairly to opposing parties or counsel
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to pay his client’s spousal support on time
• Failed to maintain adequate funds in his trust to pay client’s support payments

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect this wasn’t Bruce’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.  He previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. October 2016), Bruce practices at 10985 Richardson Road in Ashland, Virginia.
