Attorney Robert Williams II of Houston; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Robert Earnest Williams II with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 11 Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to timely refund unearned fee
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Bobby!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
