Attorney Claiborne Ferguson of Memphis, TN; bullying loser

The state of Tennessee provided Claiborne Hambrick Ferguson with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Mississippi College School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Claiborne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly threatened to file criminal charges of theft of services against a client who had not paid all attorney fees due
• Threatened client to gain advantage in civil dispute with said client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Claiborne by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2018) Claiborne practices at 294 Washington Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
