Frank Cain III of Brentwood, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Frank Arbuthnot III with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Chapman University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to advise clients that his associates were not licensed attorneys
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Frankie practices at 7105 Crossroads Blvd in Brentwood, Tennessee.
