Attorney Penny Harrington of Knoxville, TN; lying loser 

The state of Tennessee provided Penny Harrington with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Penny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false claims of intimidation v. police officer
• Filed sham complaint with Metro Nashville Police Department’s Department of Professional Accountability against husband of opposing party
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Falsely claimed in complaint to Nashville Police that opposing party had abused his authority as an off-duty police officer
• Made untruthful complaint that opposing party had abused the intent of his police uniform by appearing numerous times in
• Juvenile Court in uniform while off duty
• Metro Police Department investigation found Penny'
• Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Continued to pursue a matter she knew or should have known was frivolous

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Penny by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Penny failed to mention the misconduct she was found guilty of on her self-serving website at www.harringlawoffice.com. Apparently, Penny chose to conceal said relevant facts on her website for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Penny practices at 1215 Seventh Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
