The state of Tennessee provided Donald Walter Fisher with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Improper solicitation of clients (ambulance chasing)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. May 2017) Donnie practices at 2200 21st Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
