Attorney Thomas Jones III of Greenwood, SC; deadbeat, repeat offender

The state of South Carolina presented Thomas Alfred Jones III with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay annual $110 attorney license fee (deadbeat)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Tommy the Deadbeat’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previous received a 5 month and 3-month suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Tommy practices at 215 Sunny Dale Drive in Columbia, South Carolina.
