Attorney Bret Alison Beynon of Chambersburg, PA; dimwitted loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Bret Alison Beynon with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bret guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly made false statement of material fact or law to a third person
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to explain a matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to comply with client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective April 9, 2021.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Bret will resume his so-called brand of law at 4135 Edenville Road in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania in early April 2022.

CAUTION: Bret does not carry legal malpractice insurance.
