Attorney Anthony Ayala of Albuquerque; ethical leprechaun
The state of New Mexico presented Anthony J. Ayala with a law license in 1970
The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.
- Subornation of false statements (subornation of perjury)
- Intimidation of witnesses
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
- Intentionally made misrepresentations to disciplinary board (Up yours, said Tony!)
- Asked former adversary to write letter with false facts
- Prepared affidavit he knew contained several false statements
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. September 2014) Tony practices at 601 Parkside Place in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
