Attorney Leila Hale of Henderson, NV; cheating loser

The state of Washington presented Lane J. Wolfley with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Leila guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise nonlawyer staff
  • Allowed staff to prepared retainer agreements providing that if Hale Law withdrew representation or was discharged early on, the client would be responsible for, at a minimum, a combined firm rate of $1,000 per hour for all attorney and staff time
  • Charged and/or collected a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Leila by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Leila practices her brand of law with Hale Injury Law at 1661 West Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson, Nevada.
