Attorney Jason Bruno of Omaha, NE; ethical troll

The state of Nebraska presented Jason M. Bruno with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Creighton University School of Law. Jason also received a law license from Texas and Minnesota in 2005.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Failed to disclose material facts
• Failed to act with candor in dealing with trial court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Jason practices his brand of law with Sherrets Bruno & Vogt LLC at 260 Regency Parkway Drive in Omaha, Nebraska.
