Attorney Charles T. Robertson II of Woodstock, GA; convicted felon, liar
The state of Georgia provided Charles Thomas Robertson II with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.
In 2003 Charles duped the voters in Cherokee County to elect him as Chief Magistrate of the County Court. Shortly after he duped the voters, his election was contested due to the fact that he was a convicted felon and therefore not eligible to hold a judicial office in Georgia.
Subsequently, the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission filed charges against Charlie as a result of his felonious conduct while serving with the Marine Corps, which is as follows.
The crimes that Charles was convicted of were the illegal sale of military property and possession of methamphetamines. Put simply, Charlie was booted out of the Marine Corp for being a thieving druggie.
As a consequence of his felonious conduct and lying under oath about it to gain a judgeship, the Georgia Supreme Court punished Charlie by ordering that he be immediately removed from the bench.
Because Attorney/Judicial Misfits are held to a lower standard of conduct then everyone else in Georgia, Charlie was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.
As we speak (ca. May 2012) 7001 East Hills Way in Woodstock, Georgia which is about 30 miles north of Atlanta.
