Attorney Richard Johnson of Kenesaw, GA; ethical dwarf

The state of Georgia presented Richard Eric Johnson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide two letters memorializing legal advice he provided

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
