Attorney Brett Anthony of Altamonte Springs, FL; wife beater

The state of Florida provided Brett Michael Anthony with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Brett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Arrested for Battery, Touch or Strike Domestic Violence
• Pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence (crash case)
• Charged with trespass in structure or conveyance case
• Guilty of driving while license suspended/revoked
• Failed to notify State Bar of criminal convictions
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brett!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Brett by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Stevie practices with the Anthony Law Firm PA at 1151 Virginia Avenue in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
