Attorney Stanley Apps of Studio City, CA; convicted wife beater

The state of California presented Stanley Robert Apps with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Stan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Charged with assault with a deadly weapon
• Charged with injuring a spouse
• Charged with child endangerment
• Pled no contest and convicted of Battery: Willfully/Unlawfully Using Force/Violence Upon a Person]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Stan.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Stan fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.appsatlaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective client for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Stan practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Offices of Robert S. Gitmeid PC at 4424 Bellingham Avenue in Studio City, California.
