Attorney Daniel Benitez of Ontario, CA; moronic loser

The state of California presented Daniel Benitez with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from the University of LaVerne School of Law.

The California State Bar Court found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to promptly return client file upon termination
• Failed to refund any of the unearned $4,000 advance fee
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the North Carolina State Bar failed to mete out any meaningful punishment to Danny. 

As we speak (ca. June 2022), Danny practices his so-called brand of law at 3200 East Guasti Road in Ontario, California.
