Attorney Moises Aviles of Riverside, CA; moronic loser

The state of California presented Moises Alcides Aviles with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Western State University School of Law.  

FYI: Western State is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Moises guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to Inform Client of Significant Developments
• Failed to pay funds owing to client promptly
• Failed to refund $1,500 in unearned fees (thief)
• Failed perform any legal services beyond preliminary services that did not result in a benefit for the client
• Willfully and intentionally misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Proffered false documents to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Moises!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
