The state of California provided Vickie Marie Baumbach with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from Trinity Law School in Santa Ana. Trinity is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis and/or UCLA.

The California State Bar Court found Vickie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Vickie purchased a 9 mm pistol at a booth at an Ontario Gun Show, her husband, who had been convicted of a felony in 1995, purchased ammunition for the
  • pistol from another vendor
  • After required 10-day waiting period, Vickie went with her son to the gun shop to pick up the 9 mm pistol
  • Vickie knowingly allowed her son, also a convicted felon, to illegally hold the pistol
  • up the pistol

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Vickie by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
