Attorney Samuel W. Bath of Riverside, CA; convict, Jesse James Wannabee

The California Supreme Court presented Samuel William Bath with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law.

In the recent past, Sammy was arrested, charged and convicted of with brandishing a firearm and assault with a firearm. The underlying facts are as follows:
  • Sammy arrives home at about 3 a.m. after partying with some friends
  • He notices house was quiet, which he didn’t expect since wife planned to have girlfriends there while he was out
  • As a precaution, Sam retrieves a handgun, goes upstairs to his bedroom and finds his wife in bed with her lover (How cool is that?)
  • Sam holds both of them at gunpoint and yells out for help from his tenant who was a U.S. Air Marshall
  • After hearing yelling between Sam and his wife, the Marshall came to the bedroom with his own weapon
Subsequently, Sammy was convicted.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits at the Bar Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year period of probation.

As we speak (ca. Jan 2012) Sammy practices law at 590 Bruin Drive in Riverside.
