Attorney Michelle Winspur of Visalia, CA; drunken boob

The state of California provided Michelle Yvonne Winspur with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The California Bar Court found Michelle guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with effective assistance of counsel
• Failed to maintain due respect of the court
• Appeared in court while impaired by alcohol
• Committed act of moral turpitude
• Made misleading [lied] statements to ethics investigator (Up yours, said Michelle!)

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Michelle by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Michelle practices at 115 South Church Street in Visalia, California.
