Attorney Marlon Bateman of Modesto, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Marlon Holden Bateman with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Utah University Law School.

The California State Bar found Marlon guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter,  Marlon found it acceptable to falsely claim to the California Supreme Court that he was in compliance with his mandatory MCLE (mandatory continuing legal education) requirements when in fact he was not.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Marlon by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Marlon practices with Bateman Goodwin & Gardner at 2413 Mountain Quail Way in Modesto, California.
