Attorney Oscar Acevedo of Los Angeles; cheating loser  

The state of California provided Oscar Acevedo with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from California State University Hastings Law School. .

The California State Bar found Oscar guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent legal services (Moron)
• Attempted to mislead the court
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Sanctioned $9,500 by bankruptcy court
• Ordered to pay bankruptcy trustee $15,181
• Filed 19 cases with bankruptcy court in one year for sole purpose of delaying foreclosures and without any intent to proceed with the bankruptcies

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Oscar by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.
