Attorney Justin Fernstrom of Mesa, AZ; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona presented Justin Fernstrom with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Michigan State University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Justin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal
• Engaged in negligent conduct during client representation
• Failed in his duty to determine if material information was being withheld from the trial court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As one would suspect, Justin fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.JFLawoffice.com. Apparently, Justin decided it was in his best interest to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Justin practices with the Law Office of Justin Fernstrom PLLC in Phoenix, Arizona.
