Attorney George Kapolchok of Anchorage; ethical dwarf

The state of Alaska presented George M. Kapolchok with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Boston College School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Georgie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligent mishandling of client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Georgie’s self-serving website at  www.kapolchok.com makes no mention of his misconduct as set forth above. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients so as to not limit its future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Charlie practices with the George Kapolchok Law Offices Inc. at 1049 West 5^th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska.
