Attorney Keenan Powell of Anchorage; ethical elf

The state of Alaska presented Keenan R. Powell with a law license in 1975 after she graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Keenan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly shared fees with nonlawyer
• Failed to properly supervise paralegal

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Keenan by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Keenan practices at 750 West 2^nd Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska.
