The Law Society of Ontario provided Dianne J. Ballamwith a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law in Belfast, Ireland.
The Canadian Judicial Council found Dianne guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Misconduct was not an isolated event

Repeatedly provided legal services to two individuals without a license and without liability insurance

Misconduct happened in courtrooms before judicial officers and before a tribunal

Demonstrates that she does not understand or have any insight into the extent and nature of her misconduct

Engaged in a pattern of misconduct over a prolonged period of time

Demonstrated a lack of recognition and understanding of her misconduct

At the ethics hearing, Dianne continued to cast doubt on some of the evidence about the misconduct complaints

Failed on multiple occasions, to respect the ethical and professional boundaries of her office

Failed to act with impartiality, integrity and independence

Undermined public confidence in herself as a judicial officer, and in the administration of justice generally

Engaged in numerous inappropriate interactions with multiple justice system participants

Dianne never expressed of genuine remorse for the egregious nature of her misconduct
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Canadian Judicial Council ordered that Dianne be removed from her judicial position.
As we speak (ca. January 2023), Dianne practices her so-called brand of law at 189 Kent Street West in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada.
