Attorney Gary Dunlap of Henderson, NV; ethical misfit  

The state of California provided Gary James Dunlap with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara Law School.

The California State Bar found Gary guilty of the following misconduct

• Wrote numerous checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Failed to reconcile trust account as required
• Continued to write bad checks after receiving repeated notices from bank and State Bar

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.   

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Gary practices at 1784 Amarone Way in Henderson, Nevada.
