Attorney Douglas Nicholson of Reno; ethical dwarf 

The state of Nevada presented Douglas W. Nicholson with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly represent client
• Failed to exhibit candor towards tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Doug practices with the Law Office of Doug Nicholson at 429 West Plumb Lane in Reno, Nevada.
