Attorney William Frulla of Memphis; convict

The state of Tennesseeprovided William Eugene Frulla with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Memphis State University Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy pled guilty to willfully aiding and abetting another in the making and causing to be made a false entry concerning a payment by Local 1733 in the amount of $4,154.50 in a journal that was statutorily required to be kept.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Billy practices at 1355 Lynnfield Road in Memphis, Tennessee.
