Attorney Raphael Hartley of Pulaski, VA; ethical misfit  

The state of Virginia presented Raphael Benedict Hartley III with a law license in 1989.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to audit and reconcile attorney escrow and trust account
• Wrote checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Raphael by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Raphael practices with the Warburton Law Offices at 80 East Main Street in Pulaski, Virginia.
