Attorney John Crandley of Virginia Beach; Bully

The state of Virginia presented a law license to John George Crandley in 1979 after he graduated from the College of William & Mary Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny’s misconduct stems for an incident when he was representing a defendant in a two-day, jury trial in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.

During the trial, Johnny was continually sarcastic and rude while cross-examining the plaintiff's witnesses, after he was instructed by Judge H. Thomas Padtrick, Jr., who was presiding, to stop. In addition Johnny argued with the Judge Padtrick about his rulings, at one point even shouting and "advancing towards the bench with clenched fists.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a 4-year term of probation.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Board didn’t really mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny,

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Johnny practices with Preston, Wilson & Crandley, PLC at 2404 Potters Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
