Attorney Gary Modafferi of Las Vegas; tax cheat

The state of Hawaii presented Gary A. Modafferi with a law licen se in 1983 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

Garywas convicted of several counts of failing to file state income tax returns.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2015), Gary practices with the Law Office of Gary A. Modafferi at 815 South Casino Center Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
