Attorney Michael Fenasci of Metairie, LA; thieving loser

The state of Louisiana presented Michael A. Fenasci with a law li cense in 1980.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly obtained a loan from a client
• Improperly advanced livings expenses to his client
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Converted (stole) client funds for his own personal use

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2015) Mike practices with Fenasci & Associates at 3000 West Esplanade Avenue in Metairie, Louisiana.
