Attorney Alan Hutchison of Reno; idiotic loser

The District of Columbia presented Alan D. Hutchison with a law license in 1960.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to provide client with zealous representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Alan practices in Reno, Nevada.
