Attorney Nancy Quinn of Greensboro; repeat offender

The state of North Carolina presented Nancy P. Quinn with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Diedra guilty of the following misconduct.

Nancy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Failed to file lawsuit on client’s behalf for seven years
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to respond to client requests for information

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Nancy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

Nancy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Nancy!)
  • Failed to promptly disburse trust funds in her possession
  • Failed to fulfill all aspects of client representation
  • Assisted another in the illegal practice of law

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Nancy by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Diedra practices at 315 Spring Garden Street in Greensboro, North Carolina.
