Retired Judge William Daisy of Greensboro, NC; pervert

The state of North Carolina presented William L. Daisy with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Samford University School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission found Judge Daisy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Conduct brought judicial office into disrepute
  • Engaged in conduct in violation of his oath of office
  • Predatory conduct based upon Billy’s unwanted, uninvited and inappropriate hugging, touching and physical contact with judicial assistant Stephanie Miller Wallace
  • Predatory conduct based upon Billy’s unwanted, uninvited and inappropriate hugging, touching and physical contact with paralegal Tarah Danielle Mayes

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Teddy practices his brand of law at 5505 Mecklenburg Road in Greensboro, North Carolina.
