Attorney Richard Abram of El Paso; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Richard Abram with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dick.
