Attorney John Rogers of Las Vegas; slacker

The state of Nevada presented John S. Rogers with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required
• Failed to show respect for right of third persons
• Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Johnny practices at 700 Fourth Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.
