Attorney Terrence Niehoff of St. Louis, MO; ethical dwarf

The state of Missouri presented Terrence W. Niehoff with a law license in 1986.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

·         Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter

·         Failed to comply with client requests for information

·         Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
