Public trials for Police Officers equal Lynching

During a recent ((12/05/14) airing of the comedy show “Focal Point, the Un-American Family Association’s (UFA) news director, Fred Jackson filled in for UFA’s chief comic host Bryan Fischer.

During the show, Freddy interviewed Robert Knight of the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU) in regards to the protests erupting after two grand juries in Staten Island, New York and Ferguson, Missouri failed to hand down indictments for the deaths of two unarmed black men.

Knight stated that activists protesting the decisions are “trying desperately to start a race war.” He went on to blamed Obama and Attorney General Holder for fanning the flames by allegedly suggesting that all police officers were racists. Knight then said in part:

• “They really need to be taken to the woodshed for this [demanding public trials for police officers].”

Freddy responded by saying:

• “Somebody was saying this morning, 'we ought to have public trials.’”
• "What do you mean by a public trial? That sounds a whole lot like lynching to me.”

Apparently, Freddy and Bobby believe that public trials of police officers would be highly unfair even though every other alleged scofflaw is subject to a public trial.

To assuage (means alleviate Delmas) Freddy and Bobby’s fear of a public trial, a fair trial could be had if presided over by the following unbiased and disinterested folks.

Prosecutor:  Rush Limbaugh

Jurors: Oliver North, Chuck Norris, Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin, Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Dick Morris, Mark Steyn, David Duke, Phyllis Schlafly and David Horowitz.

Those folks at the Un-American Family Association sure have produced its share of Certified Bullshitters and Assorted Screwballs.
