Attorney Peter Reynolds of Las Vegas; ethical dwarf

The state of Nevada presented Peter N. Reynolds with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly disobeyed a court order
• Failed to respond to disciplinary board inquiries (Up yours, said Peter!)
• Failed to act fairly as required when dealing with opposing counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Peter by gifting him with a stayed 181-days suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Peter.
