Attorney John Anderson of Rogersville, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee presented John with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from CumberlandLawSchool.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Filed paperwork in court that contained numerous errors
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to communicate with client

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Johnny practices at 101 West Broadway Street in Rogersville, Tennessee.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Professional Responsibility punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
