Attorney Gregory Granger of Glastonbury, CT; ethical dwarf
The state of Connecticut provided Gregory P. Granger with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School.
The Statewide Grievance Committee found Cliff guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to adequately communicate with client
- Failed to advise client of scheduled court hearing date
- Failure to file eviction notice as promised led to client loss of additional rent
- Failed to file response to ethics complaint (Up yours, said Greg!)
- Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
- Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Cliff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. November 2014) Gary practices with the Law Office of Gregory P. Granger at 38 New London Turnpike in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
