Attorney LeeAnne Quattrucci of Wilmington, NC; thieving loser

The state of North Carolina presented LeeAnne Quattrucci with a law license in 2007.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar charged LeeAnne with the following misconduct.

• Improperly provided financial assistance to client in connection with pending litigation
• Used client funds for personal use
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misappropriated (stole) fees belonging to her law firm
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Committed criminal act adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary 3-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) LeeAnne practices at 409 Northern Blvd in Wilmington, North Carolina.
