Attorney Ronald Frank of Omaha; ethical dwarf

The state of Nebraska presented Ronald E. Frank with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated his oath of office
• Failed to decline representation when doing so was mandatory

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nebraska Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
